This is fascinating. And I learned this when I was doing the research. I don&apos;t hear about this a lot. But again, not suggested as an intervention really very often. Scientific studies have provided evidence to support that gratitude appears to be uniquely suited to balance out some of the stress of being an ADHD woman. Some studies have reported that gratitude journals in particular reduce inflammation markers and increase what&apos;s called heart rate variability. Heart rate variability is kind of an interesting thing. Heart rate variability appears to deal with stress resilience as well as cardiovascular health. So if you have high heart rate variability, that&apos;s an indication of stress resilience. And the reasons for this have to do with autonomic nervous system function. This has to do with your fight or flight state. And again, also cardiovascular health and gratitude has also been tied to lowering blood pressure. Fascinating, right? So keep this in mind. And then now we also know that women who have ADHD are more likely to have low heart rate variability, high blood pressure, and inflammation. So think about that. We know gratitude helps with or how has been tied to helping with those things. Helps with anxiety, helps with depression, appears to be able to help with RSD, helps with all those physical conditions. Gratitude is an incredible intervention. Fairly simple. We&apos;re not talking about having to exercise, we&apos;re not talking about having to change your diet, we&apos;re not talking about years of therapy, we&apos;re not talking about you having to go on medication. Gratitude. Phenomenal. So, great intervention, changes your brain, beautiful thing. Now we&apos;re Gratitude. For.</description></oembed>
