I intentionally trigger an error by changing the supervisory organization before pushing the candidate to Workday, which results in a default error message that isn&apos;t very clear. I show how to use the &apos;explain error&apos; feature to get a more understandable explanation of the issue, including possible causes and resolutions. After identifying the problem, I revert the supervisory organization to the default and successfully push the candidate to Workday. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with this new feature to streamline our hiring process.</description></oembed>
