The update adds development plan and skills feedback actions, plus development plan and peer approvals for request types, including performance-related and succession tasks already supported. Managers and end users can launch items directly from the homepage cards, which show the plan or request title, status, due date for actions, or submitted date for requests. Availability is planned for the start of UAT and will ship with the production release, enabled by default for current Cornerstone and Learning Experience customers, as well as single architecture customers, with no new permissions required beyond existing ones.</description></oembed>
