In Settings, One-on-ones, you now have a Templates tab where admins can create shared templates, save them, and set a default for each person. In an individual meeting, like with Emily on April 8, you can switch templates on a one-off basis from the three-dot menu. As an admin, you can also set default templates in bulk using the Pairs tab for specific team or manager groupings.</description></oembed>
