As I scrolled, I pointed out the column near the right that notes who is paying for each fee, and the split fee button with arrows for customizing the split. I used the recording fee for the dean as an example, changing it so the seller pays 21 and the borrower pays none, and optionally noting the seller is obligated to pay. After clicking Done, I showed that the item updated with an S icon and updated amount. I reminded everyone to save your changes when you are done.</description></oembed>
