First, this is reserved only for admins. I walk you through the Integrations page, select Microsoft Dynamics 365, press Connect, and authenticate by pasting the platform URL from Dynamics, then complete session completion. Next, I configure the four settings for room sync, mandatory new room sync, contact sync, and Align analytics to the CRM timeline. Then go to your dashboard or Integrations, connect a room to a lead, opportunity, or account, and verify the connection via the toast. Important, data does not flow from CRM into Aligned at this stage, so update manually if needed.</description></oembed>
