I built an end to end Salesforce solution from scratch for a non profit with no single source of truth, invisible partner relationships, and missed initiative and grant deadlines. Their partner data, contacts, and grant notes were scattered across spreadsheets and email, so they could not see who was engaged or what was agreed.
