In My Account, there is a Visual Email settings section, with a new premium chat box option that defaults to false, and you can override it at the account and property level. We also added a visitor area banner upload setting, so if you do not upload one, a default banner and image are used. I demonstrated two scheduled emails for today and tomorrow, including the 6 a.m. check in message and the property and account banner overrides. No action is required right now, just note these settings are enabled for everyone.</description></oembed>
