The tech stack includes Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js, with CSV parsing handled by PowerParse. The app allows users to enter a location or keyword, and it utilizes fuzzy search to return comparable properties with confidence scores based on similarity. I also explored other county APIs but opted for a local dataset due to access limitations.
