In this video, I&apos;ll be showing you how to pause or deactivate an insured in your account. It&apos;s important to note that deactivating an insured is a permanent action, so I recommend only doing so if your partnership has completely dissolved. However, you can pause an insured at any time, which is useful if you&apos;re actively working with them and they&apos;re getting new certificates of insurance. To find someone to pause or deactivate, you&apos;ll use our advanced search filter. Once you&apos;ve found the profile, you can click the three dots and select either &quot;deactivate&quot; or &quot;pause.&quot; If you pause someone, their verification status will change to &quot;paused,&quot; and you can unpause them when you&apos;re ready. Thanks for watching!</description></oembed>
