The demo uses a folder called CCH practice data with Weekly Exports plus ProjectsLists and ProjectBudgets files, and uses Fable 5 as an orchestrator to run sub-agents for the dashboard build and updates. The first version produced a 5-tab app within about 4 minutes, including firm-wide hours by week, budget vs actual by project with filters, and a capacity planning page. After iterative tweaks, the dashboard removed table pagination, expanded filter options, and improved the capacity view to show available hours per week and utilization. The artifact can be refreshed by clicking reload or by reloading after dropping new weekly time data into the same folder.</description></oembed>
