Once your handbook or document is finalised and ready to go, rolling it out to the team is super easy. Just jump into your AirMason admin dashboard, open the editor to the handbook you want to launch, and hit launch in the top right corner to open our launch wizard. First, we'll choose the handbook security, and we'll be selecting private link. Next, we'll choose who gets to see the document, either by assigning access to an individual or selecting a group from the dropdown. Finally, we'll set up activity tracking settings, including handbook tracking and red receipts. All the text for these can be customized. Once you're ready to go, you're all set and ready to launch!
