RedCap Direct is a self-service text messaging integration that allows researchers to send RedCap links or invitations via text message or conduct SMS surveys. I will discuss three ways to work with RedCap Direct, including the "ready to go" option, the Research Center Direct license, and custom integration solutions. Additionally, I will share our future plans for RedCap Direct, including two-way texting, message automation, and the ability for RedCap admins and researchers to build their own integrated text messaging solutions.
