In this Loom, I'm going to show you how to create reminders in ZenContract. With this new feature, you can create reminders for customers to sign contracts or for you to send out drafts and renewals. To create a reminder, go to Admin and Settings, then Reminders. Give it a name and choose the type - signage, user, or renewal. For signage, you can notify the customer to sign a contract and choose the number of days to notify them. For user reminders, you can set the number of days to remind you to send out a draft. Lastly, renewals will remind you of any upcoming renewals. Don't forget to make the reminder active and you can always deactivate it later. Hope this helps!
