I trigger it with execute for the demo, but it is meant to run every morning at around 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. It pulls a topic from my Google Sheets, uses an HTTP request to search the web for related content, sends it to an AI agent with the OpenAI chat model to write the post, then uploads it back to the sheet and can also send it to Telegram for vetting.
