I start in the Transactions tab, filter by the account where deposits land, then filter by merchant if needed. I explain how each channel syncs, including using the Clearing Chrome extension for Airbnb and Vrbo, setting up Booking.com statement emails or CSV imports, and uploading Marriott payout statements. I also cover that if a transaction is associated with a booking, you do not need the accounting field there, otherwise it can duplicate, and I recommend locking transactions once reconciled.</description></oembed>
