In the cloud workspace settings, go to Connectors, Customize, then Add a Custom Connector, name it “hero,” and paste the Hero MCP server URL, then click Connect and complete the flow in the Hero window until it shows connected to Hero. Once connected, you can use Hero tools in the cloud account, such as listing all Hero clients. If you are on a team or enterprise plan, you must set this up per user on the user settings page rather than organization settings, which only controls which connectors are available.
