First, I switch to agency view, then I disconnect their lead connector and phone integration by going to Settings, then Phone Integration, selecting the account, and deleting connection with the checkmarks for phone numbers, campaigns, and the closed link connector sub account. Next, I open the sub account in agency view, go to Actions, choose delete, confirm both prompts, and delete account by typing delete in all caps.
