Once you log in as a client, you will see the client portal and all of the ongoing requests that you have previously submitted. You will also see an onboarding screen. It will be opened by default. The first time that you log into your client portal, and you will see here the notifications. So with every time there is an update on a request, you will also receive those notifications via email unless you of course disable notifications.
