For Cosplus invoices, users can group time sheets and bills by options such as cost category, week, month, cost group, cost category, or supplier, and the PDF updates accordingly, with toggles like combining items and optionally showing builder markup as a separate line item. Users can also add notes to fixed price claims, include note references as an appendix, and choose which contract columns to display, including whether to show contract and remaining amounts, plus send to accounting software and email a client copy. For fixed price invoices, there is also an option to make the current format the default for future fixed price invoices in that job.
