Normally, this process involves manually reviewing form data and conducting research, which is quite time-consuming. With my automation, when a client submits a request via telephone, Niten receives the data and an agent analyzes it, running a Google search if company details are provided. The agent then generates a structured client summary with key insights and suggested next steps, which is sent via email to the client.
