I set the task to run hourly and pull emails from the last 60 minutes, then identify attachments related to tax documents and extract useful information using the Claude in Chrome plugin because the Gmail connector cannot download attachments. The run found six tax documents for Blue Origin and moved them into the Blue Origin PVC subfolder. I needed to allow scheduled runs for the Chrome window, and the task may ask for approval, so I set it to allow for all scheduled tasks to avoid interruptions.
