Every document starts with a layout, and you can browse the available ones from the library and left navigation, with options across the top or View all. Your admin manages the initial set, and you can create your own by copying a layout with the three dots menu and then customizing it in chat. Your new layout appears in the library, and you can filter by Created by me. You can also share layouts with your team by clicking Share.
