In this Loom, I&apos;ll be going over the automated functionality in CRM+. CRM+ is a robust feature of the platform that helps put your inquiring families, which we call Leads, on a journey. The journey consists of seven different stages that vary depending on the Leads action. The only ways a Lead can begin their journey through this automation process is when they fill out an inquiry form on your website or if a director fills out the inquiry form within the CRM tool. I&apos;ll show you a sample form that I&apos;m using and the Kindertails platform can help build this form and help you embed it into your website. Once the form is submitted, the Lead will appear in the New Leads stage and that begins the New Leads journey. So for example, I&apos;ve taken Anna and I&apos;ve filled out her information here. She will now appear in the New Leads stage as Anna tests. I hope this helps you understand how the automated functionality in CRM+ works. Let me know if you have any questions or if there&apos;s anything else I can help you with!</description></oembed>
