By selecting a resident and navigating to the forms tab, you can view a dashboard that shows the number of completed, unfinished, and archived forms. I also demonstrate how to search through completed forms by keyword, status, time range, and assessment form type. It&apos;s important to note that each completed form has a review date that prompts staff to ensure our care plan data remains current. In the next video, I will show you how to create forms from the template library and how this information integrates into the care plan.</description></oembed>
