Therapeutic observation tasks appear in the tasks list under the Therapeutic Observation tab and in the to-do list within a patient profile, like physical observation tasks. Each patient has a therapeutic observation level that assigns the relevant form, shown as a pill in the patient header. Tapping the pill shows current level and previous level history, and selecting change therapeutic observation level lets you choose a new configured option, add a comment, and confirm so the new task is immediately assigned.
