In this Loom, I&apos;ll show you how to migrate your existing Memberships area to the new client portals area. Your Memberships area was originally set up with its own domain and possibly a custom domain. If you have a custom domain, you&apos;ll only need to change the A record. I&apos;ll guide you through the process of changing your custom domain DNS record and verifying it in your domain. All of your contacts logins will work both in your membership&apos;s custom area domain and also in your client portal custom domain. Your membership&apos;s area will not have the new features, so it will only have the core content that you&apos;ve created, it will not have the new communities features. If you would like to migrate over, all you need to do is update that DNS the new IP address and then add it to your custom domain here within client portals. Eventually, all of your memberships will be moved over into this new client portal so that they can take advantage of these new features. However, in the meantime, it&apos;s as easy to set up as changing your DNS record, updating your domain here in your client portal settings, and then you should be good to go. If you have any questions, just reach out and support role here to help.</description></oembed>
