Once your presentation is ready, you can click on the "present" button to open a new window where your presentation will play. You can control the slides from a second screen, and when you're ready to go to full screen mode, simply click on the icon in the lower right-hand corner. If you still see a toolbar at the top, you can hide it by unchecking the "always show toolbox" option. To exit full screen mode, just click on the icon again.
