To set this up, simply navigate to the agency settings page and click on the "add verification question" button. Remember, if you choose to delete the default official capacity question, it may impact the clearance logic at your checkpoints, so please reach out to our support team at help at surepass.com if you have any questions. Additionally, once you add a new question, you can enable it at specific checkpoints by toggling it on. It's crucial to note that verification questions must be answered with a "yes" to grant clearance.
