I select the purchase or work order, confirm the vendor, set the deposit date and due date, add an optional transaction description and internal notes, then enter the deposit amount and payment method. The deposit first appears as a draft under the vendor deposits and invoices window, and then I tag it and click Post, confirming the fiscal month and clicking OK. Finally, I show where the posted deposit appears under vendor deposits and in the purchase order details. No specific action is requested from you beyond following these steps.</description></oembed>
