I revamped the application, adding new tools like a chatbot and gamification components to increase user motivation. The redesign also visually organized complex summaries, bringing all key information together on a single page. Through user interviews and an online survey with about 50 participants, I identified key user demographics and their frustrations with privacy policies. I also presented high-fidelity prototypes and gathered feedback to refine the app further. I encourage you to review the design and share your thoughts on how we can make this app more user-friendly.
