Admins can go to Settings, then Calls, and on the Phone Numbers page provision new numbers by searching available local area codes, naming the line for internal reference, assigning it to one or more people, and purchasing and assigning. Each number supports both inbound and outbound calls, and callers only see the phone number without a named caller ID. The presenter notes you should separately verify your existing agency number if you want outbound calls to display from it. After provisioning, admins can manage numbers from the three-dot menu, including renaming the line and leaving it blank to show only the phone number.</description></oembed>
