Unfortunately, we don't have any offers yet, and we're currently competing with three other properties priced between $4.16 and $3.50, with us closer to the $3.50 mark. Despite our strong marketing efforts and being a showcase listing on Zillow, we're not seeing buyer interest, which is common this time of year.
