Watch Button: This button can be located on the bottom Tool Bar. It provides access to the Subscriptions and Alerts features.

Subscriptions: Allow automatic delivery of views, workbooks, and reports on a set frequency. They will deliver to the email tied to your Tableau Credentials.

Include: Subscribe to the View you are currently on, the entire Workbook you are currently on, or the Report you are currently on.

Format: Choose the type of file that will be delivered. 

Subject &amp; Message: Custom Subject line and email body for whatever you have subscribed to. Example: Main Office New Patient Growth.

Schedule: Allows you to choose how often and when you will receive the email. You can choose hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. You can also choose the exact time and days you will receive the email. Example: Daily Subscription - Daily Clinic Review - Every Weekday at 8AM.

Manage Subscriptions: Edit and Delete current Subscriptions.

Alerts: Allow triggered notifications by email if a specific data point is above or below a certain threshold. Example: Alert if Weekly Completed Visits &gt;200
