We&apos;d appreciate any feedback, especially as you&apos;ve got your contract sent to control. So in terms of how the platform works, it allows you to filter your contracts based on their state so you can quickly find contracts you need to sign or contracts which may be pending signature from your counterparties. The other great thing about our platform is you can filter your agreements based on the data they contain. This is helpful if you have naming conventions for your folders and contracts, or if you need to locate contracts with a specific clause, or if the legislation has updated, or if you want to know which NDAs are still valid. I&apos;ll show you how to select the contract type you&apos;re looking to filter and specify additional filters based on the data in the contracts. The great thing about this is that you only see filters that exist, meaning you&apos;ll never be overwhelmed with unnecessary options. I&apos;ll also demonstrate how to quickly locate all the mutual NDAs with a three-year term, which can be useful for reporting to investors or anyone who is interested in your contracts. Lastly, I&apos;ll explain that a contract is always a combination of a terms tab and a preview, with the preview generated based on the information on the platform. Please watch the video for a more detailed explanation. Looking forward to your feedback!</description></oembed>
