In the equipment catalog, you can view unit inventory and serial numbers under the Equipment Units tab and view history under Activity. To move one unit, select the unit and specific serial number, then choose Transfer to Job, assign it, and confirm it appears under the job with an installation status. Use Change Status to mark it as Install, recording technician, installation date, customer and location details, attachments, and warranty activation, which then supports automatically calculating service and maintenance dates based on install information. Transfers between locations follow the same process using Transfer to Location, selecting the destination and adding an optional note.</description></oembed>
