In this video, I'll be giving you a brief overview of our cloud-based dental membership tracking software. You can access it from anywhere, be it your office, home office, or on the road. The main dashboard screen displays all the basic information you need for your membership, including active and expired memberships, revenue generated, recent activities, urgent action items, and notes. You can add three different types of memberships, which are automatic or recurring payments and non-renewing or non-automatic payments. The member profile screen allows you to add additional amounts, notes, and payment information. The members screen provides deep deal information about the types of memberships you have, and clicking on a member screen takes you directly to the member's profile. The manage member screen is handy, and you can filter it to see more deep dive information about each membership or buckets of patients. The transactions screen shows all the financial information at any given time, and you can filter it by a date range. You can submit a support ticket from the support team, and the activity thread in the settings shows you everything that's happening.
