Log into the mobile app using your unique credentials provided by management. 2. Navigate to the menu bar (hamburger menu) and select "Settings." 3. Locate the option for enabling biometrics (thumbprint) and activate it. 4. Follow the prompts on your phone to scan and save your thumbprint for biometric recognition. 5. The mobile app on your device, you know how to log into the mobile app with your unique credentials. 0:26 Now we're going to look at how to set up your biometric thumbprint. so I'm going to share my mobile phone so you can see what we're doing. 0:36 You've got this screen now, the first time when you come in, you do need to put in your actual username and password that is unique to you, that's been provided to you by your management. 0:49 Okay, and you're going to log in. Once you've logged in, here I have a visit for today. This is something we're going to cover in a later video. 0:59 For now, what we're going to do is go here to the menu bar here. And I'm going to click here on settings. 1:18 You can see here the thumbprint here, enable biometrics, and I'm just going to click here. And what this does now on my phone, if I can show you, it's prompting me for security, you can't see on the screen, but if I show it to you like this, you can see my phone is prompting me for my thumbprint. 1:37 Which I'm going to scan there, which I've done, and the biometrics has now been enabled. So what I'm going to do is to come here on this arrow, click back, okay, I'm going to come here again, I'm just going to log out of the phone, because remember I was logged in with my original credentials 1:58 , so I've logged out. Now, I've come to the phone, I'm about to log in, because I've set up biometrics, I'm going to click on biometric, because of security, you can't see it on the screen, but I'll show you on the camera, it's prompting me to my thumbprint, I'm going to click with my thumb, and it's 2:18 logged me in. Okay, so there you have it, it's as easy as that, enabled biometrics, which is great for security, no, even if you lose your phone, nobody can come in, nobody can take your username and password and try to get in, because it's a bit biometric, to scan in there. 2:35 So, just to recap now, we're on step four of the process, and you've got security here, so that nobody can impersonate you, an extra level of security. 2:45 In the next video, we'll be discussing how to set up your PIN if you wanted to.
