I first executed the workflow and confirmed it successfully sent a message with the student name, UCI, and the required disclaimer, including the instruction not to reply. The flow starts with a manual input node, then extracts the password and merges extracted text, sends it through Gemini, checks the master sheet for the student, and updates the row. Once done, it sends a success email. I am excited to share three PDFs for further testing and validation.
