First, you'll need to log in to your owner's account and navigate to the users section in the left-hand menu. Once you locate the deactivated user, click on the blue action icon, and select the option to activate. Remember, when prompted, type "ACTIVATE" in all caps, as this area is case sensitive. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth reactivation process.
