In the Contacts area under Filters, you can filter by options like tags and, for example, filter where the tag is loyalty member so only loyalty program contacts appear. After applying the tag loyalty member filter, the list is reduced to 909 contacts, and the user then saves it as a new smart list named “loyalty members.” The Loom also shows how to customize visible columns by adding or removing fields such as name, phone number, email, created date, and last activity.
