I first made a copy of the original file, then filled the first page with a one year term, today’s date, and California jurisdiction, keeping formatting clean. I also ran checks with find and asked it to apply edits using track changes, tighten definitions, revise the receiving party representatives clause, and add comments. I then opened the file to verify the changes and confirm the comments were inserted. No separate viewer action was requested.
