I developed a hiring assistant chat board that gathers initial candidate information, then uses an LMM to generate 3 to 5 technical questions per tag, with context handling, fallback, and conversation flow. I also built the UI to collect my full name, email with validation, phone number length validation, position, location, and technical expertise. After answering the generated Python and SQL questions, I submitted and received a thank you message and could download a summary. There was no action requested from the viewers.
