You can create a standalone work order from the dashboard, then fill the mandatory fields like community, status, summary, site contact with name, description, and select and reconfirm the contractor, then issue. If a request already has a quote, you can convert that quote to a work order and the details copy across, then issue. After issuing, you can share to the committee, update statuses for residents, reissue after edits, export to PDF, mark complete or cancel, and close the request.
