I demonstrate how these methods yield different responses.

The rationale for having these two methods is that this allows for flexibility to input additional context for the request.

Case: We go over a hypothetical example of weight management. After the recording is finished, we need to capture additional information as the patient brought up a different medical issue. We capture this using the microphone embedded inside the Chat with Pippen. Then, we show the different outputs generated for a SOAP note based on the two methods outlined.

We further elaborate on this example by demonstrating how referral letters are drafted using these two methods.

Finally, we go over how to choose the right method. The recommendation is to add the text inside the Chat with Pippen for context and then either:
a) select the prompt on the right-hand side menu if it is related to Documentation, Differential Diagnosis, Treatment Options, Referrals, or Billing.

or
b) press Enter (i.e. click on the Arrow) if the request is for items not covered by the custom-made prompts on the right-hand side menu.

We are in the process of updating this design to make it more intuitive, so stay tuned for updates!</description></oembed>
