First, you need to go into the accounts production module and select your client. Then, go to tasks, trial balance, and click on "add trial balance from." After selecting your period and naming your trial balance, click create. You will be asked to approve FreeAgent and approve KPM within FreeAgent. Once you have logged into FreeAgent and approved KPM as an application, you can select the KPM codes for the FreeAgent codes.
