The key requirement is that estimates must be marked approved in Household Probe before they sync to Apply; any other status will not come through. Estimates are disabled by default in Apply, so you enable the Estimate Pipeline toggle under Settings, Workspace, Integration, then save and set the default action and stock check locations. In Apply, approved estimates appear in the Estimate Pipeline tab and can be synced manually via the Sync button or from the catalog using Housecall Pro Sync Estimates. You can create a draft PO by confirming material lines, or create a pick list only if stock exists in the selected location; non-stock items require a PO and materials reflect on the job only after the PO is received and reconciled or the pick list is completed.
