In this video, I&apos;m going to guide you through an exercise to identify your needs. First, please browse through the attached list of needs and select three that resonate with you. Then, reflect on how it feels to identify and name your needs. What sensations arise in your body when you articulate these needs to yourself? Write about one need you feel is being met and one that you struggle with. Reflect on how you identified these needs and what it feels like to name them. Don&apos;t worry if you struggle with this exercise, it&apos;s okay. Just do your best to think about your needs. In our breakout session, we will share our reflections with the group and talk about what it felt like to think about and name our needs. We will contemplate together that we have a right to our needs and we do inherently know what they are. This exercise can be really empowering, so let&apos;s get started!</description></oembed>
