I specifically demonstrate looking for unbroken freeholds in the Oxford area, where I initially found 120 opportunities and refined it down to 42 by adjusting the filters. I then show how to create a custom search, starting with over 39,000 freehold opportunities and narrowing it down to 177 by applying various filters like ownership type and planning applications.
