In this video, I'll show you just how simple it is to accept a referral. First, make sure you're feeling joyful, then head over to the "Inbound Referrals" section. There, you'll find all the referrals awaiting your response. You can view the patient details, including the referring practice and any additional information. To accept the referral, just click "Open" and review the details. If you're happy to accept, click the blue "Accept" button and connect it to the clinical record. Don't forget to select the correct referring surgery from the drop-down menu. Once you've saved it, you can add it to the clinical record by clicking "Add to Clinical Record" and selecting the appropriate code. Hit "Send" and you're done! The referral will no longer be in the inbound referrals section and will be listed under your clients. If you need to find the patient, just click on "Clients" and look under "My Clients." It's that easy! 😊
